330 ml can, from Helgø Meny, Kvadrat. ABV is 4.7%. Chestnut to mahogany colour, moderate beige head. Aroma of caramel, brown bread with syrup, hints of brittle. The flavour is not too sweet, but has the same elements as the aroma, with a hint of prunes. Hardly any bitterness.

Bottle. A clear light brown beer with a small off-white head. Bready, malty aroma with a touch of dark dried fruits. It's medium to full bodied, with a nice carbonation level. Bready flavor too, some dark dried fruit and nuts. A nice altbier for sure. 230826
