From bottle at MB2 24.05.23. Dark brown to ebony. Diminishing brown head. Fine aroma and taste of roasted barley, rye bread, cigar box, espresso, barn and liquorice. Solid bitterness in aftertaste. Good!

500 ml bottle, as Trollbryggeriet Slogen Outmeal Stout, from Vinmonopolet, Nettbutikken. ABV is 6.7%. Black colour, large to moderate creamy tan head. Aroma of lightly roasted malts, oatmeal, chocolate and mild coffee. Smooth flavour with the same elements, noticeable bittering hops in the aftertaste. The best beer I've had from Trollbryggeriet so far.

500ml bottle bought at Vinmonopolet Langnes. Dissipating fawn-coloured head leaving scattered lacing on the glass, brownish-black body, next-to-clear. Inviting smell of earthy chocolate and cocoa. Mid-sweet oatmeal flavours, joined by biscuit and chocolate malt. Ends with roasted, mid-sweet malts. A bit doughy on the swallow. Okay stout on a Friday eve. (Tromsø 10.03.2023).

Bottle bought at Heinemann OSL Gardermoen Airport. Almost clear dark amber with a white head. Sweet with malt, bread, caramel and light dried fruit. Mild warming notes in the finish.

0,5 flaske fra VP Verksgata, hjemme: brunsvart med utmerket skum som varer. Røstet malt, kaffe, mørke sjokolader og hint av kakao og urter i en god maltkropp. Tørr, smaksrik, lettdrikkelig og med en mersmak som henger igjen.
