After a great reception from his hobby as an enthusiastic amateur brewer, Toby Mackenzie and his wife Caroline decided to expand and go full time establishing the award winning Red Willow brewery in 2010. 22/11/2024. Cask at The Dove Street Inn Winter Beer Festival, Ipswich. Pours very slightly hazy golden with a small bubbly white head. Aroma is hoppy, flowery, sweet malts, citrus, grassy, touch herby. Medium sweetness, light to moderate bitterness and body. Watery, low carbonation. It’s okay.
