330ml can. from Vinmonopolet Kvadrat. ABV is 7%. Black colour, moderate tan head. Aroma of roast and smoked malts, hints of chocolate and mild coffee. Flavour with the same elements, also a certain fruitiness of prunes and plums.

Medium beige head. Hazy opaque black body. Sweet toasty licorice taste with smoky notes. Mid-to-full body. Mild, smooth, low carbonation mouthfeel. Dryish licorice and cough drop aftertaste with smoky mineraly chocolatey notes. Aftertaste is relatively short, but the overall flavour is complex, interesting, and very well balanced. An excellent beer!
