15.0.2018, tap @ Håndverksølfestivalen:
Nice fizzy-creamy shortlasting head, hazy. Aroma is slightly sweet grainy, weeds, hay, dried grain, grass, fruit stones, minerals, paper, bark, yeast, hints of dried fruits. Taste is slightly dry sour-ish mineraly, weeds, sour grass, minerals, berry skin, bark, paper, yeast, fruit stones, hay, sawdust, dried grain. Medium bitterness, slightly dry sour-ish harsh mouthfeel. Fair enough, boring.

Lovely deep amber color with a fine thick tan head. Good lacing. Looks nice and inviting. Pleasant aroma. Fine body and a mellow carbonation level. Nice and easy to drink. Toffee, kveik, bready and fruity flavor. The kveik balanced the sweetness perfect. Mild nice acidity in the back.

On tap at Håndverksølfestivalen 2017. It’s a hazy dark orange colored beer with a nice, lasting, beige head. Some curtains. The aroma is super-perfumed and flowery, with some pale malts and bread hints. Citrus zest, orange, pine cones and grapefruit in small amounts. It’s full-bodied and mostly on the dry side, with a pleasant carbonation level. Rather flowery flavor too, with a bit less bitterness than I’d prefer and expect. Very perfumed and flowery flavor too, followed by citrus zest and pine cones, with some pale malts in the back. Long finish. A bit heavy on the perfumed aroma and flavor, and was expecting more spiced rye notes, but it’s a fine brew for sure. 170610
