Canned (Vinmonopolet Kirkenes). Very deep brown colour, small white head. Aroma is rosted, nutty and some spruce with mild tartness. Flavour is nutty, roasted, some spruce, alcohol and quite much spices, making it a bit too sweet.

Can at Valhalla Prague. Hazy yellow hody, white head. Lightly citric, light dry maltiness, bit oxidised malt, bit minerally, okay. Quite drinkable, minerally taste, lightly citric, light slightly oxidized maltiness. Good enough.

Backlog January 2017. Dark brown, almost black body under a big, dense brown head. Nice aroma of dark, roasted malt and chocolate. Taste is sweet dark malt, chocolate, coffee and smoke. Fine body and pleasant aftertaste. Nice one.

On tap at Håndverksølfestivalen. A finger-thick off-white head sits on top of an unclear dark golden colored body. The aroma is a bit weak I think, but pleasant, with some pale malts, but mostly fruityness. Some orange and an earthy touch too. It's dry, nicely carbonated and with a soft bitterness. Fruity flavor too, with the same orangey, earthy kveik touch, and some pale malts in the back. Not the most exciting beer ever, but quenching and quaffable indeed. 190608

On tap at Håndverksølfestivalen. It pours an amber colored lightly hazy body under a dense, finger-thick beige head. Curtains. The aroma is a bit anonymous, the flavor too, but not as much as the aroma. Some roasted malts, bread, caramel, a light smoke note and some herbal hints. It's medium bodied and quite dry on the palate, with flavors of bread, caramel, some smoke and meat, hints of orange zest and a very light kveik-ish yeastyness. Medium length finish. Well... except the level of dullness in this beer, it's sure not bad. 190608

33 cl can (7,5%) @ St. Mary's Park, BBE 13.03.2021 Aroma has ripe apricot typical to Belgian ales. Flavour has sweet sugary tones, ripe apricot. Finishes bitter in an odd way; like some grapefruity-grassy-sugary hop bite. Warming alcohol. Interesting, like a Belgian ale with strong hops.

Tap at Valhalla Beer Club. Pitch black body, traces of an off white head. Chocolatey aroma, with some herbal touches, spicy notes perhaps from spices, though they feel lightly yeast-phenolic at moments, cloves mostly, tiny touches of butter. Lean, overly lean taste, minty, cloves, fennel? Trace chocolate. Nicely drinkable but very simple, just light chocolate near the finish. Okay.

Can 330ml (Vinmonopolet)
Amber colour, huge beige head and lace. Aroma is perfumic, some caramalt. Medium-bodied. Caramelt, some fruity yeast flavours from Kveik, some woody-papery notes. Odd.
