Fra fat på Apollon, Bergen, delt med BF: mørkebrun med fint skum. Ristet brød, kjeks og nøtter i lag med nytraktet kvalitetskaffe - en kombinasjon som fungerer utmerket. Karamellsjokolade blander seg etter hvert inn og beriker bildet. Mild, men god bitterhet i den halvtørre avslutningen, som også har det viktigste: mersmak. Lettdrikkelig.
