330ml can bought at Vinmonopolet Bergen Storsenter. The oily pour revealed a jet black body under a moderate tan-coloured head leaving clingy lacing down the glass. Roasted dark malty nose, hints of ash and liquorice. The taste character has got impacts of dark chocolate, coffee, soot, and liquorice added by a slight touch of smoked malts towards the finish. Fine depth. Likable. (Hotel room, Bergen 04.10.2017).

200ml draught as Henrik Tired Legs, 4.7 abv, at Henrik Øl & Vinstove. Close to clear, dark golden body. Low white layer blanketing the glass. Aroma of pineapple and mild caramel sweetness. Taste of peaches and pineapple joined by impact of caramel and almond. Bittersweet endnotes. Smooth in the mouth. Decent. (Bergen 02.10.2017).

330ml can from Vinmonopolet Langnes. A cloudy brown-reddish body. Mostly remaining off-white head, leaving clingy lacing behind. Moderate aroma of bread, dough and discreet dried fruits. Blended taste of rye bread, dark dough and yeast followed by a rounded ending of bitter jam-like fruits. Smooth in the mouth. Interesting with a developing taste character. (Enjoyed on a Saturday evening at home in Tromsø, 30.09.2017).

01.09.2017, 0,33l can sampled @ Bergen Ølfestival:
Nice slightly bubbly-creamy longlasting head. Aroma is slightly dry mineraly, dark malts, bloodlike minerals, weeds, hay, yeast, grass, toast, alcohol, sour coffee. Taste is slightly dry sour-ish mineraly, weeds, dark malts, yeast, hay, bloodlike minerals, grass, weeds, metal tank, toast, sour coffee, alcohol. Medium to longlasting bitterness, slightly harsh mineraly mouthfeel. Not my cup of tea.
