Bit of a mixed up brew. I'm geting the esters, with slight bananas and bubble gum. It's all under a mildly sweet malt, with solid bittering hops, resin, ans some tropical fruits.

On tap at the beer bistro. Strong peach, nectarine aroma, with some light cereals and hints of citrus. Good mouthfeel, carb is solid. Low bitterness, juicy, and finish is more cereals than fruit.

Can from the LCBO. Hazy medium gold with a lingering rocky one finger cream coloured head that leaves tight lace. Nose is citrus, nectarine, melon and some hibiscus. Light fruity sweetness with a medium- citrus peel and pineapple bitterness with stone fruit through the the middle. Mouth is medium with with average carbonation and a juicy finish. Tasty. 8/4/8/3+/16

Bottle: Poured a pitch-black color stout with a medium dark brown foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of chocolate notes with some bourbon notes and fruity vinous notes. Taste is also a nice mix of chocolate malt with some dry bourbon notes with some fruity vinous notes with light blackberry notes. Body is about average with good carbonation and light perceptible alcohol notes. Well brewed stout with a nice mix of flavors between bourbon and wine barrels.
