Bottle from McTapps - thank ypu, Sabine! Pours clear pale golden with airy white head. Clear aroma of malt and hops with notes of yeast. Bitter, hoppy flavour, with notes of malt and and slughtly dusty finish. OK.

(swing top bottle, as Frühlingsbock, 6.5% abv) Clear, deep golden colour with a blond mid-sized foamy head. Biscuity and slightly syrupy malty aroma with traces of caramel and spicy hops. Sweet flavour, medium bodied with a soft carbonation. Sugary (cara-)malty taste with notes of brewing mash, grains, shy herbal accents and hints of alcohol towards the sweet and slightly sticky finish. 25.V.13

Some great light caramel tones, straightforward. Dry and moderate bitter finish.

Not very impressive as far as body or flavor. This brew was lightly carbinated and bitter.
