8/4/2024. Draught at NOA Bakehouse, Douglas, IoM. Pours vibrant black with a small creamy beige head. Aroma is coffee, chocolate, mild roasted malt, caramel, fruity notes, with touches of liquorice, nut and tar. Medium sweetness and moderate bitterness. Moderate body, quite smooth and creamy, light carbonation. Very nice.

8/4/2024. Draught at NOA Bakehouse, Douglas, IoM. Pours cloudy/murky dark mustard gold with a large lasting firm just off-white head. Aroma is pomelo, citrus, melon, grass, gooseberry. Moderate sweetness and bitterness with light tartness and husky earthy notes. Moderate body, smooth, average carbonation. Good.

8/4/2024. Draught at NOA Bakehouse, Douglas, IoM. Pours almost clear golden orange with a small frothy white head. Aroma is guava, kiwi, gooseberry, white grape, grass, light herb, husky edge with a smoky wiff. Moderate sweetness, medium bitterness. Moderate body, slightly watery, average to soft carbonation. Liked it.

8/4/2024. Draught at NOA Bakehouse, Douglas, IoM. Pours black with a lasting firm creamy light tan coloured head. Great pour. Aroma is milky chocolate, lactose, caramel, light coffee and nut, with a hint of plasticine. Medium sweetness, mild roasted bitterness. Moderate body, very smooth, average to soft carbonation. Very nice.

8/4/2024. Draught at NOA Bakehouse, Douglas, IoM. Pours hazy/cloudy yellow gold with a lasting frothy white head. Aroma is mango, pomelo, tropical fruits, straw, husky notes, hint of vanilla. Medium sweetness, mild bitterness. Moderate body, smooth, soft carbonation. Nicely done, quite subtle, Mrs B’s favourite.
