7/4/2026. Can bought at Noa Bakehouse, Douglas, IoM. Enjoyed back in the hotel overlooking Douglas Bay. Pours fine. Aroma is grainy, citrus, bready, vanilla. Quite sweet, mild bitterness. Hint of sour comes through. Light body, average carbonation. Not up to Noaโ€™s normal standards.

7/4/2026. Draft at Noa Bakehouse, Douglas, IoM. Good pour, nice colour. Well hopped westy for its modest abv, resinous and tropical. Has good bitterness without any aggression. Very drinkable. Well done. This is also on at the IoM beer festival, cask, will be interesting to compare.

The New Year now marks 30 since the last ever episode of The Fresh Prince Of Bel-Air entitled 'I, Done'. This evening I Done this Fresh Prince, which is certainly fresh tasting with a very crisp, but not quite watery texture with a hazy appearance. It does struggle in taste though despite some fruity hops within. These do impart some flavour but are slightly on the blander side of things. It's more than drinkable though.

Pretty standard haze but itโ€™s rather drinkable. Pleasant citrus, mellow ripening tangerine, a little melon, honeysuckle, nips of pale bread, mild rindy bitterness. Sound.

Cloudy, light gold with a small, quickly dissipating white head. The aroma is very delicate, with citrus, melon, exotic fruit, and gooseberry notes. The taste is moderately sweet, with a hint of wheat grain, a delicate fruitiness reminiscent of the tropics, and a distinct, though subtle, herbal bitterness with earthy notes. Moderate body, smooth, and low carbonation. OK, but could be more interesting.

Can from Tesco, Bury. Nose is lime, melon; a bit muted. Taste is mango, hint of pineapple, leading to a lemon citrus finish.

Identikit.
