330ml bottle at the Beer Bank, Kuala Lumpur. Poured a slightly hazy golden colour with a big lasting frothy white head. The aroma is malt, grassy, piney, lemon lime citrus hop. The flavour is moderate bitter light sweet with a fresh, crisp, malt, light tart, citrus fruit, dry hop bitter palate and a lingering bitter finish. Medium bodied with average carbonation.

(Bottle) Pours clear roses amber (rather like a rose wine) with tiny white head. Aroma is slight barnyard. Light body with lovely fine carbonation. Taste is nicely tart, with a balance of complex earthy barnyard notes, some yoghurt, cherries. Very nice sour beer.

33cl bottle at a B&B in Blenheim. A hazy pale amber pour with no head; malty aroma; citrus and passion fruit taste; and a lemon sherbert finish. Rather poor in comparison to other Moa beers I've tried.

On tap at a cafe in Picton. A copper coloured pour with tight cream head; fresh floral aroma with a touch of pine; full-bodied with a sweet biscuity malt taste; and a well rounded bitterness. A rather good take on English ESB's.

500ml bottle. Pours gold with a white fluffy head. Mandarin juice, lemon juice, bitter lemon peel, floral, touch of spice, slight sharpness, plenty of sweetness too, nice bitterness near the end. Medium body. Pretty interesting. Very definitely an IPA along with the fruit, which is not often the case.
