Bottiglia trasparente. Il gusto al naso è indirizzato verso il fruttato. L'olfatto viene stimolato in maniera normale e l'esistenza olfattiva è sufficiente. Il cappello di schiuma resiste abbastanza. La grandezza delle bollicine è medio-fine. Il liquido è di consistenza limpida. Bollicine medio-fini costituiscono anche la forma della frizzantezza. Il colore è giallo dorato brillante. Il corpo è rotondo. L'amaro è contenuto e c'è anche una componente moderatamente acidula. La forza gustativa è elevata e permane in maniera sufficiente. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di birra beverina. Il finale è acidulo e bruschino. Il retrogusto è di media intensità. Al gusto vengono donati toni di miele, frutta secca, agrumi, arancia amara e mandarino.

Bottle at home. Aroma is wheat, citrus, lemon, spicy and herbal, elderfloral, coriander. Flavour is light to moderate sweet with a little bitterness in the finish. Body is light to medium. Pretty nice spicy herbal lemony Witbier.

Bottle at home. Aroma is citrus, tea, fruity hops, grapefruit, pine resin, light spicy, hint of floral. Flavour is lightly sweet and moderate to medium bitter. Body is medium. Surprisingly good, well-balanced and fruity with some lovely tea notes. Interesting new brewer on the Dutch scene.

Bottle at home. Aroma is dark malt, roast, liquorice, coffee, some dark chocolate and vanilla. Flavour is light sweet and above moderate roasty bitter. Body is medium. A bit too heavy on the liquorice for my taste, but has some nice touches of vanilla and roasty coffee.

Il manto birroso superiore è caratterizzato da una schiuma dalla buona tenuta. La grandezza delle bollicine è medio-fine. Il liquido si presenta velato. Il colore è giallo dorato. Il corpo è strutturato. L'amaro è intenso. La forza gustativa è elevata. La continuità gustativa è buona. Il gusto è piacevole. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano luppolate. Il retrogusto è intenso. L'aroma in bocca porta i segni di miele, frutta secca, un accenno di resinoso, agrumi, pompelmo e ananas.

Lattina. Il gusto al naso resta attratto da coriandolo e frumento. L'intensità olfattiva è elevata e la maniera in cui permane è sufficiente. Il mantello birroso superiore è caratterizzato da una schiuma che resiste abbastanza. La grandezza delle bollicine è a grana fine. Il liquido offre una visione offuscata. Il colore è giallo dorato. Il corpo è pieno. L'amaro è pronunciato. La forza gustativa è elevata e la permanenza è buona. Il gusto è piacevole. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di pronta beva. Il retrogusto è di decente intensità. In bocca l'aroma è quello di miele, frumento, agrumi, arancia amara, mandarino e camomilla.

Bottle from a local bottle shop. Aroma is biscuity malt, grapefruit, soft herbal tea, orange, floral notes, mild hoppy. Flavour is a bit sweetish and above moderate bitter. Body is light to medium. A bit thinnish but fairly enjoyable, herbal with grapefruit and orange, modest hops. Not bad.

Bottle from a local bottle shop. Aroma is very spicy with nutmeg, cinnamon, clove, ginger, malt, caramel, liquorice root, herbal tea, cough drops. Flavour is sweet and a little above moderate bitter. Body is medium. Quite spicy and sweet, but I didn't hate it, flavour is more bitter than I expected.

Bottle from a local bottle shop. Fruity hoppy aroma with spruce needles, citrus, grass, light juniper, fruit peel, and pale malt. Lightly sweet flavour with a solid bitterness, finishes a bit dry. Body is medium. The pine needles work well with the citrussy hops, good stuff.
