Lowlander Beer is inspired by the journey of the Lowlanders to faraway lands, we brew with botanicals to create unique beers full of flavour. We brew for people who want delicious beers that are anything but the ‘usual’. At the heart of everything we do is a belief that when we combine nature and a little bit of Dutch ingenuity the possibilities are endless. Pretty clear orange blond beer, huge very irregular off-white head, unstable, non adhesive. Aroma: nice, very fruity, juicy, tropical fruits, mango indeed, a little dank, pleasant smell! MF: ok carbon, medium to light body. Taste: very metallic, grains, hay, wort, bitter touch, a bit unpleasant, tropical fruits. Aftertaste: fruity, tropical fruits, juicy, a bit sweet, some passion fruit, mango, wort, a little chemical in the finish, good stuff for a N/A beer.

Huge thanks to Erzengel for that one! Bottle looks simple but good. Beer in the glass with a small head. Fresh fruity hoppy aroma. Starts mild but not washy, fine fruity notes, elder hints, some lemon, some herbs. Finish well balanced. Nice one!

0.33 l bottle from 'AH XL' (Arnhem), best before August 2026. A little hazy, golden yellow with a medium large, slightly fluffy, slowly diminishing, white head. Sweetish, quite fruity-floral, minimally dank aroma of mango, passion fruit and orange. Gently sweet, moderately bitter, rather fruity-floral taste of grains, mango, orange and passion fruit, followed by a short, gently bitter, slightly dry finish. Thin to medium body, gently effervescent mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Decent stuff, quite nice for such low abv.

0.33 l bottle from 'AH XL', best before August 2026. Hazy, yellow with a thin, fluffy, quickly diminishing, white head. Sweetish, fairly herbal-spicy and gently fruity aroma of lots of ginger, lime and traces of grains. Slightly sweet, moderately bitter, fairly herbal-spicy, gently fruity taste of massive ginger, pepper, lime and some grains, followed by a long, fairly peppery, slightly bitter finish. Thin to medium body, gently effervescent mouthfeel, soft carbonation. I like ginger, but this one is totally overwhelming.

Can. Clear pale gold featuring a proper white head. Aroma of raspberries, grapes and a whiff of vanilla. Taste of cake, raspberries, cookies, grains, marmelade, wort and lemons. Very berry-ish, slightly sweet and pretty sour. Low bitterness. Medium carbonation. Not really balanced per se but well composed nonetheless. This is how you do pastry beers. Surprisingly enjoyable. I‘d imagine this would pair well with a piece of Frakfurter Kranz.
