Can 44 cl. Pours a clear deep golden - borderline amber - with a fluffy and lacing white head. Faint hop aroma with sweet underlying malts. Somewhat oxidized? Rich, malty, caramel, loads of bittering hops and a warming alcohol burn. Solid old school. 060726

Bottle, 7.5%. Sweet liquorice aroma. Black colour with a fairly stable light brown head. The flavour is very roasted and quite bitter with a distinct raw liquorice note and a pinch of salt, smoke, and tar in the finish. Reminds me a little of Limfjordsporter.

Bottle, 6.0%. Mild aroma of dark caramel. Hazy chestnut colour. Small frothy off-white head. The flavour is caramelly with a spicy hop note. Perhaps a little smoke. Malty and caramelly aftertaste. Fairly low bitterness. Good mouthfeel, and fitting for the ABV.
