Bottle 50 cl. Pours an almost clear golden with a white head. Sweet, fruity and yeasty aroma with some banana phenols. Medium body, sweet banana notes - very sweet actually, lowish carbonation. No real traces of the elserflower. Absolutely no bitterness. 210524

--Sample, thanks fonefan! -- Deep mahogany colour, small head. Aroma of slivovic and prunes. Sweet with full body and rounded mouthfeel. Aged mead, prunes and raisins. Long very bitter finish. Despite the onslaught of sweetness, bitterness. alcohol and all around flavour intensity it stays mellow and laid back. Confusing but contemplative fireside snifter.

--Sample, thanks fonefan! -- Clear amber, small head. Aroma of summer flowers and bitter herbs. Sweet with full body and well rounded mouthfeel. Summer flowers and honey, peppery and minerally alcohol. Long bitter herb finish. Mature and pleasant.

Bottle. Pours cloudy dark chestnut with small white head. Aroma is malt, caramel, grapes, raisins, cinnamon and yeast. Taste is very sweet and light bitter. Body is oily with soft carbonation. Finish is medium long and mostly sweet with notes of malt, caramel, malt syrup, raisins, brown sugar, cinnamon, cardamom, cloves and hints of pepper. Too much cardamom. It becomes a bit nauseating.
