Bottle.Hazy yellow with off white head.Aroma is spicy off coriander and some other spiced kind of flavor,wheat and citrus,with mild bitterness.

Bottle 50 cl. Pours cloudy, opaque, murkish brown with a smallish, rough, off-white head. Sweet, overripe fruity, oxidized aroma. Medium body, highly attenuated, the hinted sweetness from the nose is simply not there, it's actually very dry, rubbery and oxidized. Bitter finish. Woody tannins and a harshness from the infused Bourbon. Just not very good. 140323

Bottle 50 cl. Thick, dark brown pour, opaque with a small, beige head. Nose of overripe, dark fruits - plummy and raisiny with a clearly oxidized edge. Rich, malty body with all of the above. Unfortunately the beer is whiningly sweet making it hard to drink. Warming alcohol finish. Lovely - if not for the cloying sweetness. Under attenuated? 130323

Sample (thanks fonefan!). Yellowish golden colour with a small sparkling white head. Aroma is a bunch of ginger with some limoncello tones. Flavour is ginger, lime and some mild grainy notes to it.

Sample (thanks fonefan!). Slightly hazy golden colour with a mediumsized foamy white head. Aroma is citrusy, floral, some mild toffee and nectary tones. Flavour is floral, some spicy, mild yeasty and some slight alcohol tones. Very nice Belgoale, a bit more abv and this recipe would be one of the best Tripels around these days!

Sample (thanks fonefan!). Deep copper colour, small beige head. Aroma is fruity and spicy with some mild alcohol to it. Flavour is floral, some spicy, mild alcohol as well as some wooden and mild nutty tones. Quite a smooth brew.

Bottle 50 cl. Pours an opaque black with a creamy, beige head. Soft roast vanilla nose with a faint peaty touch. Rich body, initially sweet but quickly the bitter English licorices chimes in combined with the smoky malts. It all makes for a very solid macho beer - an Imperial Skibsøl of sorts. Well made. 170223
