Can poured into an English pint. Dark cola brown with a fizzy tan head. Aroma is earthy coffee and roast. Initial taste is much the same. Fades to kind of a bland nutty finish. Body is a bit thin with heavy carbonation. Fine for what it is, I suppose.

Can/Fest. A- Hops, catty. A- Gold color, hazy liquid, white head. T- Catty, woody. P- Medium body, average texture, average carbonation, astringent finish. O- Pina colada is what it's supposed to taste like but I get a coriander and dank catty flavor. Not great.

Draft/Fest. A- Mint, mild cocoa. A- Black color, black liquid, brown head. T- Mint. P- Medium body, average texture, average carbonation, strong finish. O- This was all mint. Particularly spearmint. I've had a few thin mint themed stouts and they've all been great. This wasn't bad but the chocolate and cookies seem to be an afterthought. Almost like when my grandpa used to chew wintergreen copenhagen. Not bad but very unbalanced favoring the mint obviously.

Draft. A- Mild bell pepper, roasty. A- Black color, black liquid, tan head. T- Stewed peppers, cocoa, roasty, burnt coffee. P- Medium body, average texture, average carbonation, slightly unbalanced finish. O- Has a cheap Maxwell House vegetable coffee flavor. Needs to be a chocolately sweet coffee but it's not.

Draft. A- Smoke, ham, light pineapple. A- Gold color, clear liquid, minimal head. T- Smoke, ham, pineapple. P- Light body, average texture, average carbonation, smoky finish. O- Quite a lot of smoke and of course a nice sweet ham flavor. The pineapple really shines through. I get more of a pineapple honey ham from the deli flavor than Al Pastor but really a fun and tasty beer. I think some smoked or roasted ancho chilies would make it more of a pastor flavor. I would like to have some more of this to sip on. Should've checked for cans.

Draft. A- Lemon, faint tartness. A- Yellow color, clear liquid, no head. T- Slightly tangy, lemon pith. P- Light body, average texture, average carbonation, balanced finish. O- I stopped just to try this beer as I love truffles. Honestly, the truffle is lost in here. I get virtually none other than a light citrus tangy flavor with little umami or earthy notes. Probably because it comes from a truffle sea salt rather than straight up truffle shavings but that would make for an expensive beer. Love the idea but the execution is just okay. I bet some mistake it for a chocolate truffle.

Draft. A- Mango, peach, juicy. A- Yellow color, cloudy liquid, no head. T- Passion fruit, mango, tropical fruit juice. P- Light body, average texture, average carbonation, juicy finish. O- Loads of passion fruit, mango and peach flavors. This was definitely a summer sour and one of the best Pint Nine beers I've had. Pretty awesome.

Draft. A- Light, fruity. A- Dark pink color, hazy liquid, pink head. T- Dragon fruit, weak. P- Light body, average texture, average carbonation, light finish. O- Very light flavor. Some dragon fruit but that's such a weak flavored fruit anyways, let alone in a beer. Okay.
