Can from Dasha's friend: pours gold with a white head. Aroma is bubblegum and some citrusy notes. Wheaty overall. Taste is lightly sweet, somewhat fruity. Simple and olde schoole.

From tap at Club 152, Memphis. Grassy with citrus peel, tropical fruits, grapefruit, 'green' hops, light grainy malt. Only lightly sweet with a good bitterness. Boy is medium. A fine grassy citrus IPA.

Can (a bit smudged but looks like 11/23/23) pour from Total Wine & More, Brentwood. Hazy golden yellow with nice sparkle, thick head with good retention and trace lacing. Aroma is pale malt with good amount of berry balance. Taste is an earthy, mushroom/mild cardboard with hint of berry/fruit. Smooth, soft carbonation and crisp finish. Were Pilsner malts even used in this (not that I'm complaining too much)? For one of the first times, I notice the Kveik yeast making a huge impact on the beer--somewhat successfully though earthy/mushroom-y bent doesn't necessarily work well with berry. Interesting.

Dark amber color. Mild earthy aroma. Taste is sweet caramel malt, wood, with a quick bite of hop bitterness at the end.

Pour is a cloudy dark amber with a large tan head. Aroma is dark fruit with a very minor roast. Flavor is more dark fruit but then comes a big plastic aftertaste. A little toasted white bread is left on the tongue. Might of has something if not for that off putting plastic.

Pour is a hazy gold with a large white head. Aroma is the malt is more like rye and there is some berry here. Flavor is spicy hop with more of a rye malty body. This was a little bit all over the place. A bit spicy, a bit fruity.

Very piney and bitter, with touches of grapefruit, wet malt, and dank on the edges, but mostly a very basic, mid-Aughts IPA. Eh.
