Sampled from a 12 oz brown bottle this beer poured a hazy peach-copper color with a large creamy-soapy orange-white head that lingered and left a bit of lacing. The aroma was bitter with sour caramel, pine and sweetish tropical fruits. The flavor was bitter with sour caramel, pine, a bit of wood and tropical fruit. Medium length finish. Moderately full bodied. Decent.

Sampled from a 12 oz brown bottle this beer poured a caramel-brown color with a large foamy beige head that lingered and left a bit of lacing. The aroma was malty, toasty and woody. The flavor was bitter and woody with sour caramel and toasty malts. Long dry and woody finish. Medium body. Meh.

Bottle bought at the local Giant. Poured an orange color, very fizzy. Nailed the orange cream soda look. Aroma was light creamy orange notes, medicinal, metalic. They hit the mark, but it’s not great. Maybe on a 100 degree day if you’re with bros and gals.

Bottle: Pours clear, bubbly, very pale gold with a quick white head. Heavy ginger aroma. Taste is super-sweet ginger ale, raw ginger, sugar. Too much sweetness....and not really any good ginger heat... Ok as a soda, not so much as a beer.

I’m only rating this to get t the top of the brewery raters list. Not even sure why this crap is on RB. Disgusting fake Alco pop. What is wrong it people that like root beer and adding alcohol to it doesn’t make it better.

5oz plastic cup at brewery. Not sure why it’s nitro. But decent stuff. Light licorice, low roast, low acidity, low sweetness. A bit ashy.

5oz plastic cup at brewery at the Cyclones stadium. Sweet, moderate noble hop. I mean what can I say is the modal imperial pils, either you like it, hate it, or in the middle.
