Brown bottle, 600 ml, best before 01/2011, savoured April 6 2012; eye: mahogany, clear, no effervescence, tiny sheet of beige head, no lacing; nose: malt, caramel, nutty, light roasted; mouth: malt, caramel, nutty, light roasted, finale in malt with presence of caramel, medium body, below-average carbonation, lightly sweet, a bit watery; overall: correct FRANÇAIS Bouteille brune, 600 ml, meilleure avant 01/2011, savourée le 6 avril 2012; œil : acajou, limpide, pas d’effervescence, petite couverture de mousse beige, pas de dentelle; nez : malt, caramel, noix, léger rôti; bouche : malt, caramel, noix, léger rôti, finale en malt avec présence de caramel, corps moyen, carbonatation sous la moyenne, légèrement sucrée, un peu aqueuse; en résumé : correct

750ml bottle at Delirium Rio. It pours golden yellow, with a thin white head. The nose is floral, gooseberry, white grape and a touch of citrus. The taste is white grape, gooseberry, floral, hay, straw and some spice, with a dry finish. Medium body and lively champagne-like carbonation. Tasty stuff.

Bottle. Pours golden, with lots of carbonation and an airy head. Almost no aroma, with some vague notes of caramel malts and a bit of fruitiness. Flavour starts of with a caramel malt, with a fruity hoppiness building up to the nicely balanced bitterness in the finish.

Bottle: Poured a clear dark brown color dunkel with a small foamy head with OK retention and no lacing. Aroma of coffee and caramel is somewhat surprising but generally enjoyable. Taste is an interesting mix between some medium caramel malt with dry roasted aftertaste that concludes with medium dry coffee notes. Body is somewhat light with average carbonation. This was a bit surprising with more coffee and roasted malt that the style would suggest but very enjoyable nonetheless.

A clear brown dunkel with a thin off white head. In aroma, chalky chocolate with nutty notes. In mouth, a light and boring dunkel slash lager with faint chocolates, watery body,more like a South American dark lager. Bottle at Mondial 2010.

A golden amber IPA wotj a thin moka head. In aroma, another fresh mashed malt, grainy and smooth. In mouth, a smooth grainy malt with light chalky notes, not an IPA but not bad. Bottle at Mondial 2010.
