Bottle from The Beerhive. Clear amber body with a thin off-white head. Low carbonation. Good lacing. Aroma of musty orange, caramel and earthy hops. Flavour of golden syrup, apricot and orange. Lingering bitterness. Medium body with an oily mouthfeel. Soft fizz. I like high bitterness in DIPAs.

Cask at the Cellar; hazy amber pour with a frothy off white head, aroma has some stewed fruit along with cardboard, taste consist of mango, light citrus, tangerine, pleasant enough.

Cask at the Norman warrior Lowestoft. Reddy amber coloured pour with a lasting loose greyish head. Aroma is woody bark, burnt pine needles, dried fruit flavour is composed of unrefined sugars, piney needles, strawberry jam, woody. Palate is semi sweet, moderate carbonate. Lingering piney hop.

Cask at GBBF ’15, day 3, 13/08/15. Pale golden blonde with a moderate off White covering. Nose is melon, tangerine, straw, orange pith. Taste comprises tangerine, light grapefruit, mineral strokes, straw. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Decent enough golde .... lacks a little as an APA.

GBBF Day 2. Cask. Lightly hazy paleish gold beer, small pale cream colour head. Palate is light with decent fine carbonation. Mildly sweet pale malts. Mild orange citrus, some peel. Touch of sweet floralness. Light finish. Not bad.

Cask at GBBF 2015, day 5 - London. Pours clear yellow-gold with a frothy white head. Pleasant citrusy hop. Aroma, pale bread, grapefruit. Light-medium sweet flavor with more pale bread, tangerine, low bitterness, hay. Light bodied with fine carbonation; good condition. Nicely balanced finish, dry pale malts, light grapefruit, melon, lemon rind. Good.
