Bottle shared in Bermondsey / huge thanks to Ian for this rare scoop! Pours clear honey-gold with a creamy, white head. Toasted biscuits in the nose, understated caramel notes. Light-medium sweet flavour with more hearty, bready biscuits, faint orangey notes, hay. Light bodied, smooth, with fine carbonation. Creamy finish, light grassy hop, more lightly toasted biscuits, bread. Great lager.

Bottle from a colleague at work. Hazy red brown amber lasting cream head. lager aroma. Sweet czech malt aroma. Smooth in mouth. Rather a good polotmavy touch of smoke. Really good lager. Love the balance.

330 ml bottle shared by my friend Mike. Label with Ganesha, elephant deity. Courtesy of a friend, thanks Ben! Picked up in Prague sometime in August 2016, so aged a bit too long. Clear amber with beige head. Aromas of malt, floral. Tastes of malt, biscuit, floral. Medium body with a dry finish. Not bad despite the age, would like to retry it fresh.

Draught at brew house. A very smooth Amber lager with deep Amber colour. Found the alcohol a little blunt. Helped by beautiful setting with copper tanks all around. (Corrected 2/3)

Draught at the brewhouse. After a boozy weekend in prague, it was probably not the best time to try this beer but it was a delicious IPA. I’m not sure it would be as good as read about (one of the best in the world??) but certainly a great beer full of flavour.
