Buying this beer at the edeka, Endingen. Trying it for the birthday of my wife, yesterday. Not the best hefe-weizen, drinkabke, rather watery, smooth and yeasty, a bit fruity, a kind of sourness a bit unpleasant at the final, bitter, watery.

Rate 3.6, finding this bottle one edeka, Endingen, august 24, in family. Opening this old style bottle yesterday, preparing a meat fondue. A typical German keller bier, perfect with this cold weather, really smooth, yeasty, malty, German hop.

0.33 l bottle from 'EDEKA Schwörer' (Endingen), best before March 2026. Hazy, golden with a medium large, frothy, almost stable, white head. Slightly sweetish, moderately fruity-floral and a bit grassy-spicy aroma of grains, some straw and light lemon peel. Moderately sweet, slightly bitter, gently fruity-floral and a bit grassy-spicy taste of grains, straw, some lemon peel and hints of honey, followed by a short, moderately bitter, a little dry finish. Thin to medium body, gently effervescent mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Decent brew, fairly quaffable.
