Huge thanks to quack-duck for that one! Bottle looks simple but good. Beer in the glass with a small head. Starts mild, malty, modest dry. Shy hoppy notes. Mild spicy. Finish well balanced. Nothing special, but quite drinkable.

0.25 l bottle from 'AleHub' as 'Hochdorfer Meistersud Eisbock BarbaraBock', best before November 2026. Hazy, ruby with a thin, frothy, slowly diminishing, off-white head. Sweetish-malty, gently fruity and slightly vinous aroma of molasses, caramel, raisins and port. Rather sweet, malty, moderately bitter, gently fruity and a bit vinous taste of molasses, caramel, dark honey, raisins, nuts, some chocolate and a touch of port, followed by a medium long, moderately bitter, slightly warming finish. Medium to full body, smooth and slightly effervescent mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Tasty sipper, alcohol very well hidden, not iverly complex but a treat nonetheless.

Taste is sweet-ish, minimally starchy, pale malty, notes of honey, a touch of apricot jelly. Dissolved sugar enriched, watery texture, smooth, soft, minimally cloying palate, medium, scattered, mildly prickly carbonation. Quite cautious aroma, rather sweet, but enjoyable taste - a bit deficient overall.

330ml bottle. Hazy, yellow-ish, golden colour with average to huge, frothy, diminishing, minimally lacing, white head. Lemonade aroma, some lemon, lemon peel. Taste is slightly sugary, sweet-ish and tart-ish, citric, hints of lemon peel, lemon juice, lemonade. Watery texture, minimally dry and astringent palate, medium, prickly carbonation. Very refreshing, not too artificial, not vestiges of beer, though - yummy.
