Gold with a frothy, white head. Aroma of mixed grains and buttery dough with a touch of yeasty dankness, all of it quite understated. Taste is faint bitter over a dough-like sweetness. Faint spice at the end but also faint metallic. Medium bodied, moderate carbonation. Underwhelming.

Bottled 330ml. -Clear darker golden coloured, medium sized off-white head, caramel and light malty nose. Sweet malty, caramel, alcohol, light fruity and touch of honey with rather sweet finish.

Bottled 330ml. -Pale golden coloured, small to medium sized white head, light grainy nose. Grainy, herbal, light malty and bit grassy with touch of oxidation. Sweetish finish. Not in best shape.

500ml bottle. Cloudy, chestnut colour with small to average, creamy, moderately lasting, minimally lacing, off-white head. Yeasty fruity and minimally toasty, wheaty and dark malty aroma, notes of dried fruit, banana, raisin, red berries. Taste is slightly toasty and minimally nutty, dark and wheaty malty with some residual sweetness, yeasty fruity hints of dried fruit and banana, raisin, a touch of plum and red berries, minimally nutty and chocolately undertones.
Slightly creamy, watery texture, smooth and soft palate, medium to fine, dense, soft, almost creamy, mildly prickly carbonation.
Quite some subtleties, nice yeasty fruitiness, pretty smooth - decent.

Taste is minimally bready, wheaty malty with some residual sweetness, mildly yeasty fruity and minimally yeasty spicy, hints of banana, a touch of clove and vanilla.
Minimally creamy, watery texture, smooth and soft palate, medium to fine, dense, soft, almost creamy, mildly prickly carbonation.
Very mild, homogeneous, smooth - enjoyable.

Sweet-ish, slightly grainy, malty and minimally doughy, yeasty aroma, hints of cereals, corn flakes, whiffs of popcorn. Taste is sweet-ish, minimally grainy, pale and caramel malty, minimally bitter hoppy and minimally doughy yeasty, hints of cereals, corn flakes, popcorn, a touch of honey; minimally metallic, hoppy finish.
Watery texture, smooth and soft, simultaneously minimally dry and repellent palate, medium, mildly prickly carbonation.
Clean, relatively sweet - OK.

Oily-watery texture, smooth and soft palate, medium to fine, dense, creamy, mildly prickly carbonation.
Very clean, nice subtle sweetness, good mouthfeel, not as raw and grainy as many other Kristallweizen(s) - pretty decent.

Minimally bready and grainy, pale malty and slightly yeasty fruity aroma, hints of apricot. Taste is sweet-ish, pale malyt and slightly yeasty fruity, minimally bitter hoppy, hints of apricot.
Minimally oily, watery texture, smooth, super soft and silky palate, medium to fine, dense, creamy, mildly prickly carbonation.
Good "secondary" qualities (appearance + texture), well balanced, smooth, nice fruity aspects - not bad.
