From bottle. Clean hops, grain, hay, grass. Mild hoppy bitterness, grainy sweetness. Medium to light bodied, watery texture, soft carbonated, dry hoppy grainy sweet finish. It‘s a clean simple Pilsner.

8/9/2023. Bottle from Matthias, cheers. Pours clear golden with a lasting frothy white head. Decent pour. Aroma is grainy, fruity, sweet malt, caramel, grass. Medium sweetness, started quite bitter but mellowed a little. Moderate body, average carbonation. Somewhat metallic drying finish. Okay.

330ml bottle. Clear, faint, auburn colour with small, creamy, fading, beige head. Sweet-ish, dark malty aroma, hints of malt lozenge, rock sugar, some dark caramel, whiffs of coffee. Taste is sweet-ish, minimally nutty, dark malty, slightly caramel malty, hints of malt lozenge, a touch of rock sugar, caramel, a bitter touch of burnt caramel combined with some hop bitterness; minimally metallic overtones. Dissolved sugar enriched, watery texture, rather indifferent palate, medium, scattered, mildly prickly carbonation. Somehow light, unilateral sweet, disregarding the bitterness which reminds more of burnt caramel than suggesting hoppy provenance - unsatisfactory.
