Lattina. Il gusto al naso rimanda al caffè e al cioccolato. L'intensità olfattiva è elevata, permanendo in maniera sufficiente. Il mantello birroso superiore resiste abbastanza. La grandezza delle bollicine è a grana fine. Il colore è come l'inchiostro nero. Il corpo è pieno. Il dolce è medio in buona armonia con l'amaro medio. La forza gustativa è elevata e la durata è sufficiente. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di birra beverina. Il retrogusto è di decente intensità. Sulla lingua si attestano sentori di miele, cioccolato, caffè, liquirizia, pane cotto di recente e agrumi.

Keg at Mosaik bar, Catania. It's a shame I have such bad acid reflix tonight cus this was a delightful zwickel. Did exactly what you'd want in terns of wasy drinkability. Low to no carbonation and nice froth.

From tap at Lambiczoon, Milano, 17.08.23. Hazy pale straw colour. Bright white head and lacing. Refreshing aroma and taste of brett, pale malt, kiwi, papaya, passion fruit and lemon. Good.

On tap. Quite a nice IPA, lots of nice fresh hops here. Fruity, lots of orange, grapefruit, grassy, herbal. Good European/English hops. Very fresh which makes this very nice!
