Bottle picked up from Appel Getränkemarkt, Moosburg and consumed at home Wednesday 19th May 2021 we have a homemade Fishpie for tea tonight. Listening to Tom Ravenscroft covering for Steve Lamaq on 6Music. Pours murky brown, with a mid sized, slightly off white head. Perhaps a little spicier than typical banana and clove, though these are present as well. Really soft, a little toffee banana sweet like I had as a kid, fine enough.

Bottle picked up from Edeka, Garching and consumed at home Saturday 20th March 2021, we have Greek Lamb Meatball, Feta and Tomato Bake for tea, listening to Shame - Drunk, Tank, Pink. This pours gold, light hazy (unfiltered, apparently) white head. Very soft moutheel, grassy hops, aroma a little bit pondweed, however doesn't detract. Fine.

Bottle picked up from Appel Getränkemarkt, Moosburg and consumed at home Tuesday 16th March 2021, listening to Huw Stephens sitting in for Marc Riley on 6Music, we had Tray bake Chicken with Broccoli and Shallots, a little spice and a herby Yoghurt dip, we're also watching it snow yayyyyyyy. Chestnut in colour with an off white head. Wow this is a great Doppelbock and instantly reminded me of Ayinger Celebrator. Sweet in the mouth, fruity with molasses and malt (these last two were also present on the nose)a little chocolate, soft, really smooth a little nutty. Really good Doppelbock.

330ml bottle. Crysatl clear, orangey golden colour with small to average, frothy, half-way lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Grainy, strawy, pale malty aroma, a touch of malt spiciness. Taste is sweet-ish, grainy, pale malty, minimally strawy, a touch of cereals, bitter hoppy counterpart. Slightly oily, watery texture, rather dry palate, fine, prickly carbonation. Clean, refreshing, well hopped, not too sweet - OK.

0,5 l bottle from Getränke Rücker, Lengerich. Murky pale golden in the glass, big three finger white foamy head. Intensive banana smell, some clove and yeast. Taste starts yeasty, orange, lower banana, getting more dry with wheat. Dry wheat in the aftertaste. Okay.
