Sample at Palace Hall 13/12/2025 Malmö December tasting - new 🇺🇸 brewery ✅ toasted and roused malty with caramel and toffee sweet malts, roasted nutty malty close. Solid brown.

Can at home shared with Laura. Black color, small to average sized beige to tan head. Aroma is malts, brown malts, slightly chocolaty. Flavor is malts, chocolaty notes, brown malts, a bit sweetish, but metallic bitter in the finish. A bit thin texture, average carbonation. Okay.

Can from Beer Republic. Plenty of bourbon with dark malt, oak, vanilla, caramel, light chocolate and toffee. Moderate sweet and light bitter with a little booze. Full body, smooth mouthfeel. Some ace bourbon barrel notes here.
