750ml bottle from the brewery that pours a light hazy red colour with lots of particles running through it. A slight pinkish head roams over the brew. Beautiful freshly squeezed raspberry nose with some sourness. The taste is quite sour with the berries in the background. Some light tart is left on the tongue. So, quite sour and with some dryness. If you like sour beers, and raspberries, this is a very good beer for you.

2020 edition with 5.4% ABV. Pours an amber colour with a pinkish hue. The head fizzes away quickly, leaving no lacing, but beautiful carbonation to look at. In this one, the cherries really stand out over the sour base. The sourness in the taste is quite less as well, compared to most other brews of this brewer. The cherry flavours are well blended with the sour beer, so not too sweet, not too sour. I can see why this one won awards.

2020 edition 750ml bottle. Dark amber with some copper hue. The head is light beige, frothy, fizzing away quickly enough leaving a ring around the collar. Lots of sharp vinegars in the nose with Balsamic and Apple Cider ones. Sour flavours, but not as strong as some of their other brews. Mostly those vinegars again. Some apple hints linger. All-in-all, this is a nice Flanders Red.

2019 edition. Pours a hazy golden colour with a big white frothy head, bubbly, somewhat creamy with decent retention and some dirty lacing. Sour nose with vinegar notes and oranges balancing things. The taste is full sour with the orange notes getting lost. Wish the hops had been a little stronger. Peach hints. Then, oranges seem to come out lingering after the finish. Still, one of their easier one to drink so far.

2019 edition that pours a dark murky purple colour with a brown hue, a creamy pinkish head, average retention and some creamy lacing. Sour nose with some punchy gooseberry feel, and the blackcurrant in the background. The taste is quite sour with the berries again in back. The sea salts are even more in the background. Hints if you will. Maybe they will come out in the end. Let's see. Yes, hints - but sourness is to the max.

Time to support our local breweries in these hard virusy times, so got a box with all beers I had not tried yet. Decided to start with this one. Pours a slightly hazy amber-red colour with a light pinkish frothy head, average retention and a creamy ring is left. Loads of berries in the aromas with the stingy sour bite. The sourness is a punch in the face as usual in the taste. It just lingers, with the berries in the background. Some vinegar notes blend things. Interesting berries used here, but goes well with the wild ale ingredients. Again, very well brewed if you like the style.

Medium strength aserbic sour with lovely citrus and raspberry. It finishes with a sweet tarts candy that lingers nicely with the diminishing tartness. Well done.

First of theirs available at the LCBO. This one I was holding on - 2018 edition, bottled April 25, 2018. Still looks great ! Hazy golden with a fizzy off-white head that does not last (expected) and no lacing is left. Kind of tired of sours nowadays, but this one is in the above the rest so well-brewed barrel-aged sour beers. Tarty, fruity with some vinegar sourness. The floral notes of hibiscus and Rose Hips do come our with time. Very sour, somewhat tarty mouthfeel with the balsamic notes, apple vinegar and other fruitiness. Yes, so well-blended for a sour. If I would not know this is local for us, I would of guessed Belgium. What a great first experience. Now will visit this place shortly.

Purple-red, and bright, without head. Berries are really big here. Deep acidity, lactic especially, with lots of balanced blueberry and raspberry notes. Certainly doesn't taste like a straight up raspberry beer, but that's kind of fun to think about.
