Bottle, 75cl. 2018 vintage. A clear one, except for some floaties, straw colored, with some bubbles on top. Strange aroma with wood glue, apples, grass and alcohol. It's full-bodied, warming, soft and with a nice carbonation, but the flavor is too wood glue-like. Warm apples, grass, yellow plums and alcohol in the flavor. Long finish. Rather weird this one. 210502

Bottle, 75cl. It pours a deep reddish orange body, almost clear, with a small, dense off-white head. Lightly funky aroma, lemon, leather and barnyard, and apple, pear and a vague cherry hint. It's dry, tart and full-bodied, with a nice carbonation. Quite funky flavor too, with apple, some grass and pear, and some apple cores. Long fruity, funky finish. A nice one indeed. 210418

Bottle. It pours a lightly hazy pale straw body and no head. The aroma has a touch of paint remover, with apples and some late night orchard. It's tart, vinegar-ish and lightly acidic, with a pleasant carbonation. The flavor has lots of vinegarish apple, with grass and even more apple. Some alcohol. Long finish.
