750 ml clear bottle, vintage 2021, from Vinmonopolet, Nettbutikken. ABV is 6.8%. Pale straw colour, moderately sparkling. Fresh aroma and flavour of apples and pears (50% of each), some yeast, distinct fruity acidity, hints of oak.

Taste is slightly dry funky fruity, apple peel, leafs, yeast, flowers, apple cores, mild vinegar, grass, sour dusty apples, bark, hay. Medium to longlasting bitterness, slightly dry sour-ish fruity mouthfeel. Nice.

Taste is dry sour-ish floral, apple cores, mild vinegar, apple peel, leafs, sour dusty apples, bark, flowers, paper, thinner, minerals, sorre. Medium to longlasting bitterness, harsh sour-ish floral mouthfeel. Not my cup of coffee.

Taste is dry sour-ish fruity, apple cores, apple peel, leafs, bark, minerals, unripe apples, alcohol, flowers. Longlasting harsh bitterness, dry sour-ish fruity mouthfeel. Fair enough.
