Bottle, 75cl. It's a hazy one, pinkish golden in color, with some white bubbles on top. Funky apple aroma with ripe apple, apple cores, barnyard, leather and grass. Hints of apple pie. It's quite effervescent on the palate, full-bodied and lightly warming, mostly on the dry side. Apple pie, warm apple, ripe apple and some funky barnyard and leather in the flavor. Lasting finish. Some faint vinegar hints all the way. Quite pleasant and tasteful this one, complex too. 211124

Bottle, 75cl. It's a hazy pale yellow cider, still and headless. The aroma is quite funky, with lemon, barnyard, vinegar, apple and some apple cores. Pear plays a minor part. It's medium to full-bodied, tart and very softly carbonated. Funky flavor too, with barnyard, vinegar, apple and notes of grass and pear. Medium length tart, funky and vinegar-ish finish. Quite nice actually, but both apple and pear play a too insignificant role I think. Especially pear, but as it's only fifty percent pear juice that isn't surprising. 211103

Bottle, 75cl. An unclear almost orange juice looking cider. Some bubbles on top, but basically still and headless. The aroma is quite yeasty, but a melange of fruit dominates. Mostly apple, but also hints of ripe and unripe (quince perhaps) pear, berries, leather and barnyard notes and a dash of freshly mown grass. It's quite tart on the palate, sour and fruity, full-bodied and still, with a funky touch, some yeast and a good dash of pear and berries. Mostly apple though. Some grassy hints towards the very end. A hint of vinegar show up in the finish. Lots of good things going on here, but it's a bit messy if I may say so, and also slightly too yeasty. Not bad though, complex and tasteful, but demanding to drink. 211001

Shared 750 ml bottle, from Vinmonopolet, Nettbutikken. Vintage 2018. Made with Santana apples, a little beer, cherries and beets. Red colour, Nice aroma of said ingredients. Very tasty flavour, apples, cherries and beets.

A pretty interesting cider, with some extra plum maceration. Pretty dry, and with some light acidity. Plenty of apple of course, but the plum shines through nicely as well. Refreshing and flavourful, dangerous for the ABV.
