750 ml clear bottle, vintage 2018, from Vinmonopolet, Nettbutikken. ABV is 9.5%. Pale golden colour, pours sparkling with a large but shortlived head. Nice aroma of apples and plums. Crisp and medium dry flavour, nice fruity acidity, notes of apples and plums.

Bottle, 75cl. It's a clear golden colored cider, more or less still, with some white bubbles. The aroma is quite apple-sweetish, with apple jam, cinnamon hints, apple cores, some grass and caramel. Yeast too, and some alcohol. It's medium to full-bodied, semi-tart yet with a sweetness, and with a pleasant carbonation. Ripe apples, tartness, cookie dough, caramel hints, some grass and a sulphury hint in the flavor. Sort of sulphury in the finish too. A quite decent one, nice apple flavor, but in general a bit rough and edgy. 210113

Bottle. Unclear pale yellow golden body with a small, fast disappearing white head. Aroma of fresh, acidic apple, apple core and a hint of lemon. Taste is light and refreshing apple, distinct but balancing acidity and apple core. Medium body and same aftertaste. Nice, quite straight forward dry apple cider. Very refreshing, reminding me about Spanish Cidra.

Bottle, 75cl. 7.5% ABV. A clear golden colored cider with some bubbles. The aroma is rather alcoholic for a 6% drink, with apples, apple cores, some chemical notes and a rubbery hint in the aroma. t's full-bodied and warming, nicely carbonated, with mostly apple flavors. Some chemical notes in the flavor too. Apple cores, lemon hints and some grass. Long finish. Not a favorite of mine this one. The apple flavor and aroma is nice, it's the rest that isn't too good. 201211

Bottle. It's an unclear pale orange-colored one, with a small white head. The aroma has notes of vinegar along with funk and apple and a touch of rubber. It's medium bodied and smooth on the palate, with a tart vinegar flavor. Apple, funk, grass, cellar and apple jam. Long finish. Too tart and vinegary for me this one, but interesting. 201211

Bottle, 75cl. A reddish-orange colored cider, mostly clear, with some white bubbles on top. The aroma is quite funky and lemony, with barnyard, leather and a touch of raisin. It's tart and medium-bodied, nicely carbonated and with a good funky flavor. Apple, lemon, some dark berry-ish notes, hints of leather and grass, and with a cellar touch. Long tart, lemony apple finish. Sure not bad this one, but too rouch on the edges I think. 201101
