Taste is slightly dry sour-ish fruity, apple peel, mild vinegar, fruit stones, bark, apple cores, yeast, flowers, leafs, sour apples, sour dusty plums. Medium to longlasting bitterness, slightly harsh sour-ish fruity mouthfeel. Weird.

Bottle @ home. Courtesy of Gunnfryd, Unclear pale golden body with lively carbonation but practically no head. Nice apple aroma with pleasant acidity. A bit funky as well. Taste is nice and refreshing, quite clean apple on the sour side. Medium body with a dry, acidic finish. Nice taste but a bit one dimensional.

Bottle, 75cl. An unclear pale milky-yellow cider with some bubbles on top. Funky, cellarish apple aroma with some apple cores, apple peel and a touch of alcohol. It's medium bodied and quite tart on the palate, pleasantly carbonated, and with a quite funky flavor. Apple peel, apple cores and some light apple marmalade. Lasting finish. Not bad this one. A bit more funky than I'd prefer though. 230927

Bottle, 75cl. A lightly foggy deep rose-gold colored cider with a thin white head. The aroma is lightly funky, with cherry running the show. Apple juice, lemon, leather, barnyard and apple jam. It's tart and medium bodied, nicely carbonated, with a flavor mixing cherry and apple juice in a quite nice way. Funky, lemony and very lightly earthy, with a quite grassy finish. A bit sickening after 10-15 cl, but an interesting cider anyway. 230331
