Bottle, 75cl. A faintly hazy pale golden colored cider with a good carbonation but no head. The aroma is lightly funky at first, but when it warms up it feels even more funky. Lemon, barnyard, hay and fresh yellow apple. Some vinegar. Well hidden alcohol. It's medium to full-bodied, with a light warmth. Fresh apple juice, a spiced hint, apple cores, vinegar notes, white sugar, barnyard and a hint of lemon and alcohol. Lasting fruity finish. Not sure if I like it or not, it's too vinegary, but I like the funk and fruityenss. 230128

Bottle, 750ml. Vintage 2019-20. It's an unclear pale yellow colored beer with some very short-lived white bubbles. Funky apple driven aroma with grass, apple cores and some hay. It's full to medium bodied, softly carbonated and quite dry. Apple cores, fresh apple, grass, flower notes, funk and wood in the flavor. Alcohol hints. Fruity finish. A decent one, refreshing too, but it didn't give me any goosebumps. 220504

Bottle. Unclear slightly pink/orange body under a big fluffy pale pink head that fades quickly. Aroma has distinct apple with some funk and a little hint of red berries. Taste is dominated by apples, red apple, yellow apple, apple core with nice funk, acid, and red berries. Can’t say to recognize cherry specific, and I don’t know what ‘ildkvede’ tastes like at all. Fine body with long lasting aftertaste. I really like the balance between sweetness and acidity and the funky part is also at a fine, quite moderate level that just amplifies the taste of the combination fresh/mature apple. This is really a cider of my taste.

Bottle, 75cl. A mostly clear, golden colored cider with a fine carbonation and some white bubbles on top. The aroma has a light and pleasant funkyness, with leather, barnyard and lemon, as well as a nice ripe apple scent, some grass, hay and apple cores. Alcohol too, but not too much. It's full-bodied and nicely carbonated, dry and tart, with some alcohol warmth. There's not much sweetness going on in the mouth, it's mostly sour fruityness, with a good funkyness. Leather, hay, barnyard, lemon hints and lots of ripe apples. The plums and blackcurrant isn't really detectable, except there's a vague hint of blackcurrant in the very end. Don't think I'd noticed if I didn't see it on the label. A very pleasant cider indeed. 220105
