Description
Founded in 2018, by Jasper Tupman and Stuart Winstone, who share a passion for foraging, fermentation and flavour. These two invested everything they had, to build their unique vision of carefully crafted beers with a strong sense of place.
Later joined by Dave Williams as Head Brewer and Lee Calnan as Sales Director, 2020 marked the next phase of development for a small team with big ambitions; to bring innovative, modern farmhouse brewing to a wider audience in the UK and beyond.
By brewing with the very best of local ingredients and alternative techniques that span between historic styles and modern brewing technology, our approach to mixed fermentation and barrel ageing puts the emphasis on balance of flavour and drinkability. Minimal intervention is the key to ensuring that there’s a little bit of nature in every sip.

21/2/2026. Can at ITFC Beer share. From Beer Hatch, Norwich. Pours fine. Lots of strawberry on the aroma. Rhubarb comes through strongly on the taste, with long lasting sours balanced with some sugary sweetness. Foamy carbonation. Lightly creamy. Enjoyable.

On keg at Pig and Whistle, Gleadless - jet black body with a firm lasting tan head. Big nose of sweet milky coffee and vanilla. Got loads of dusty cocoa and coffee in the drink, really creamy mouthfeel, lush. And potentially very underestimatable.

Kwg at Craft Beer Junction. Hazy dsrk orange. Thin foamy white head. Aroma is sour with a sweet streak which os definitely reminiscent of the sweets. Flavourwise it's more bluntly sout with far less sweetness. Thick. Creamy. Flat. Long somewhat astringent finish. Starts off promisinly before getting dull.
