In the year 1666 the brewery is mentioned for the first time in official documents. In 1813 the brewery came into the possession of the Wieninger family.
We are a family brewery with handshake quality, cultivate friendships and stand for fairness and social commitment. We have been rooted in Teisendorf for 7 generations, we work with "friends" and live the values of an open family brewery. We work sustainably and in harmony with our beautiful nature, we live from and for regional economic cycles.

500 ml bottle from the duty-free shop at the airport. Aroma is weak cracker malt and mild minerals. Flavor is sweet bread, weak milled grain and a weak yeast in the finish. It does end clean on the palate. Not great. Not bad.

Eennalaatste uit het Lidl feestpakket. Licht gesluierde goudgele kleur met een hobbelige, fijne witte kraag die lang blijft liggen. Geur is vooral moutig, brood, een tikje zoet fruit. Zoetig retronasaal, licht fruitig. Smaak is licht moutzoetig met een vaag bittertje, ietwat kruidig. Licht tot medium body. Licht bitterige afdronk. Zeer plezierig, zonder dat er nou hele duidelijke smaakcomponenten zijn.

"Teisendorfer Hell", Flasche von Töpper im Moabit, 24.2.2026. - Helles Goldgelb, klar. - In der Nase recht wenig. - Im Antrunk recht dünn, schmalspurig hellmalzig mit blasser Restsüße und zart säuerlichem Touch, der das Bier vor vollendeter Langeweile rettet aber nicht für das Fehlen solider Malzigkeit entschädigen kann. Blasse Hopfung mit zitronigen und herbalen Anklängen. Im Abgang herzlich wenig. - Dünnes, unauffälliges Helles, gerade noch trinkbar.

500ml bottle. Cloudy, orange, dark golden to amber colour with average, frothy, half-way lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Minimally bready, mellow, pale malty, slightly yeasty fruity and minimally grassy, hoppy aroma, hints of mirabelle, apricot, some protein, a touch of brioche. Taste is minimally bready-grainy, pale malty with some residual sweetness, mildly bitter, minimally herbal-grassy hoppy and slightly yeasty fruity, hints of mirabelle, apricot, some protein.
Oily-watery texture, slightly dry, simultaneously minimally greasy palate, medium to fine, scattered, prickly carbonation.
Profits from non-filtration, balanced, not too sweet, slight Zwickel allusions - nice.

(Bottle) Golden amber colour, slightly hazy, with frothy tan head. Malty nose with notes of crisp-bread, apricots, orange and herbs (thyme). Malty taste with bread, apricots, honey, orange and a mild herbal bitterness in the finish. Medium body, with a slight sweetness. Strongish, still with a soft texture. Tasty and harmonious. Nice one.
