Bottiglia. All'olfatto si esprimono sentori di liquore. L'olfatto viene stimolato in maniera normale e l'esistenza olfattiva è sufficiente. Il cappello di schiuma ha una buona tenuta. La grandezza delle bollicine è medio-fine, con carbonazione eccessiva. La parte liquida si presenta velata, con carbonazione persistente ed insistita. Il colore è ramato. Il corpo è rotondo. L'amaro è nella media. La forza gustativa è normale e permane in maniera sufficiente. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di birra beverina. Il retrogusto è di media intensità. Al gusto vengono donati toni di miele, cereali, sour, agrumi, mela verde,sale e frutta passita.

Bottiglia. Sentori di sour vanno a dare soddisfazione al naso. L'intensità olfattiva è normale e la maniera in cui permane è sufficiente. Il manto birroso superiore ha una buona tenuta e la schiuma è abbondante. La grandezza delle bollicine è media. Il liquido è di consistenza limpida. Bollicine medio-fini costituiscono la forma del perlage, con carbonazione persistente. Il colore è ramato. Il corpo è rotondo. L'amaro è contenuto, con sour pungente. La forza gustativa è elevata e permane in maniera sufficiente. Il retrogusto è di media intensità. In bocca l'aroma è quello di crosta di pane, frutta secca, spezie, sour, acetico e mela verde.
