100ml draught at Hop&Hen. Naked surface, clear amber body, scattered lacing. Malt-driven aromas, slightly smoked, inviting. Mixed taste of farmyard, caramel, and forest. Smoked malty ending. Fine bodied. Pretty good. (Tallinn, 05.11.2025)

750ml bottle from Mikkeller Webshop. Amber colour, white foam head and aroma of soured fruits, berries, citric rind. Taste is sour, fruity, strawberries, apple, citrus, banana, with lemon rind, pale malts, wood, funk, boozey hint, and some lingering light bitterness. Medium bodied, light carbonation, drying sour fruity finish. Nicely drinkable.

300ml draught at Mikkeller Södermalm. Warm golden body, hazy, covering white head leaving spotty lacing on the glass. Inviting fruity tropical aromas. Flavoured with orange, passion fruits and wheat. Hop fruity finish with a distant bitter note. Medium bodied. (In friendly company with Finn, Adam and Steve, Stockholm 02.11.2025).

On tap @ Mikkeller bar CPH airport. Black body under a small beige head. Nice strong chocolate aroma/flavor. Smooth dark malt, sweet bit not extremely sweet, quite balanced. Very good.

Backlog. Hazy deep goldeny amber colour with a mediumsized off-white head, which disappears quite quickly. Aroma is fruity, some mild berries and a bit acidic tones with some mild wooden tones too. Flavour is floral, some berries, mild fruity tones with some sour and acidic tones to it. Dry palate.

A: hazy dark brown-black, huge, frothy, beige head.
A: toast, chestnut, old fondant, cold coffee.
T: sweetish brambleberry, bitter coffee, roasted malt, chestnut.
F: earthy hops, bitter coffee & malt.
P: light to medium body, slick texture, soft carbonation.
All the essentials, no frills, enjoyable.

Backlog. Hazy golden colour with a mediumsized white foamy head, which leaves some lace. Aroma is floral, some grapes, mild spiciness with a wee bit of alcohol sweetness. Flavour is mild spiciness, some slight alcohol sweetness, floral and fruity tones with some grapes as well.

Backlog. Golden colour with a small white head. Aroma is herbal, grassy and some mild bready and grainy tones. Flavour is herbal, grassy, bready and grainy with some mild earthy and a bit floral tones too.
