Can best before Jan 24, 2026 drunk Mar 18, 2026.
Smells like the mikkellensis yeast; papaya, pineapple and mixing with the sweet malts to give a similar dole fruit cup impression to their other N/A sours. Not a lot of complexity to it and maybe this one seems like it might be a bit sweet? Not really getting Riesling, either.
Yeah, fairly sweet with a big mineral character and lots of tropical fruit. Very, very watery and with super loose carbonation. Wouldn't guess Riesling, or any grape even. Just tons of yeast character and sweet malt. Not their best effort.

Bottle 33 cl. Pours thich and almost oily leaving only a thin film of a brownish head. Distinct and almost ashy aroma. Rich, sweet roastiness with a carbonation to the low side. Sweet vanilla and milky coffee with no bitterness whatsoever. Your morning candy. 180326

[33cl can from Beer52.] A cola brown coloured pour with a billowing cream coloured head; toasted grain aroma with some pine; then a deeply roasted grain taste with a charred bitterness. Rather good.
