Appearance: glossy burnt yellow with a subtle shade of bronze to it and a quarter finger's worth of white foamy head which slipped off nicely but didn't leave any lace
Aroma: light lemon to sweet lime and herbal sweet to subtle earthy notes with a light tone of ginger sweet and ginger spicy accents
Flavor: mostly leaning towards the sweet to herbal sweet side underscored by a light spicy gingery-like afterthought; finishes with the ginger tones, herbal sweetness and light pear tones
Texture: light to medium bodied; slightly sessionable; some smoothness along the tongue but also a note of an earthy spicy grip most likely coming from the ginger to brush the tongue ever so slightly
Overall: seems like there's so much going on in this beer but I believe I got what was going on and would welcome this again.

Aroma: crisp sweet fleshy papaya with orange pulpy sweetness and over ripe pineapple sweet to tart character; light sweet cream/lactose tones underneath
Flavor: meshes the prior noted aromas to a superb juicy creamy quality through well balanced sweet to bittersweet accents; finishes creamy sweet and juicy noted
Texture: medium bodied; good sipper; very smooth along the tongue with a creamy tone that played wonderfully here; nice low carb and low hop bitterness
Overall: what an absolutely awesome NEDIPA I would definitely come back to!

Growler to tulip.
Appearance: coppery to orange colored haziness with a finger's worth of white foamy head which dissipated nicely to leave some light lace
Aroma: some blood orangey to tangerine-like and clementine sweet toned hoppiness; some slight vanilla/lactose tones underneath
Flavor: meshes the prior noted aromas to a fine sweet to bittersweet and slightly juicy to creamy quality; finishes blood orangey and tangerine-like
Texture: medium bodied; good as a sipper; some smoothness with a little bit of stickiness - though nothing cloying - just noticeable
Overall: not a bad NEDIPA, the color seemed not as "hazy" as I thought it would have been but at least the aromas and flavors were spot on.

Aroma: white pepper to clove-like spices up front then subtle tart to sour Brett-like notes; floral and lemony tones and a light green apple character
Flavor: meshes the prior noted aromas to a fine tart to semi-sweet crisp character; finishes dry and slightly spicy
Texture: light to medium bodied; slightly sessionable; some smoothness with a buckling dryness that seems to just "be there" - not really aggressive - just noticeable
Overall: I say a pretty nicely done saison I would have again and though it was fairly dry here and there during consumption, some water was needed after but not too much.

Aroma: mixed citrusy sweet notes with a light dry piney/evergreen like whiff; soft bready malts further underneath
Flavor: meshes the prior noted aromas to a fine sweet to dry bittersweet sort of quality; finishes semi-soft with slight dry piney bitterness
Texture: light to medium bodied; slightly sessionable; light smoothness along the tongue but also some invasive dryness - mostly not too bothersome but it's noticeable

Aroma: sweet notes of oranges and kiwi up front with a sweet toned piney hop note in the middle; slight mangoes in there too; then a light clean malty undertone
Flavor: meshes the prior noted aromas to a fine sweet juicy vibe to an eloquent bittersweet juicy content; finishes quaint through juicy soft orangey and kiwi sweetness
Texture: light to medium bodied; sessionable; very smooth along the tongue with a graceful low key carb and low hop bitterness assertiveness
Overall: a very nicely done NEPA I would bang again.

Aroma: sweet pineapples with some tartness to them; slight hay/straw and floral notes with a chill sweet woody accent then some freshly cut grassy notes subsiding into a light iced citrusy sweet-ish note
Flavor: somewhat combines the prior noted aromas to a sweet to tart quality but adds in a brisk funk to earthy sweet vibe; finishes semi-funky with a tart and sour hint
Texture: medium bodied; kinda leaning towards being a sipper; some smoothness but also a note of dryness to this one and some of the tartness seems to buckle under and draw in more of a sour crisp tone
Overall: this was a very well done sour/wild ale I would very much welcome again!

Texture: light to medium bodied; somewhat sessionable; great smoothness along the tongue with a light creaminess in there; low key hop bitterness assertiveness and low carb goodness
Overall: a very nicely done NEDIPA I would return to if I could.
