Can from Livonia Liquor. Pours a clear amber with a finger of beige head that dissipates. Toasted malt, honey and bread aromas. A little sweet on the palate with some mild toasty notes on the finish.

Pint can from Bella's in Sault St Marie, 7/23/21. Can't see an age on this one, but considering the source its probably years old. The first Untappd checkin was 1/1/2020, so, I guess it's not more than 19 months old or so. Smelled old when I opened the can. Hazy orange, large frothy tan head, good retention. Aroma of stale mango hops. Taste is tropical fruit, a bit of candied lemon, candy fruit. Mild bitterness, juicy. Seems like it was a bit above average in its prime.

Pour is a cloudy gold with not much of a head. Aroma is sweet malt maybe even a little corny. Flavor is grainy and sweet with not much else there. Giving macro lager vibes. Drinkable but not much here.

Hazy orange-gold color with a medium thick frothy white head that diminishes gradually to a film. Stringy lace. Aroma of floral hops, citrus and malt. Medium body with flavors of herbal hops, grapefruit, melon and biscuit malt. The finish is mildly bitter with a short citrusy hop aftertaste. Decent overall.

Placeholder rating - notes to be added. Cloudy reddish-orange color with a medium thin white head that recedes quickly to a film. Sparse strings of lace. Blackberry, hops and malt in the nose. Medium body with flavors of floral hops, blackberry, vanilla and malt. The finish is creamy and mildly bitter with a blackberry and hop aftertaste. Decent overall.

Pour is a chill haze gold with a large fizzy white head. Aroma is a decent clean malt with a little whiff of fruity hops. Flavor is a heavier than usual malt with some grassy hops and I get more of the fruitiness after the swallow. Decent kolsch.

16 oz. can traded by tfontana, thanks for the chance Tom. Aroma and flavor mirror each other. Lots of roast and chocolate-ish hints. Maybe molasses. Good body for the style. Some lingering roast with a dry texture. Easy to drink. Well made.

Can pour from Friar Tuck, Crestwood. Appearance is opaque black with a few large white floaties, no sparkle, 4-finger width light brown foamy head with decent retention and no lacing. Aroma is roasted malt with both caramel and earthy characteristics. Taste is roasted malt with milder molasses, chocolate, earth. Mouthfeel is light side of light-to-medium bodied with smooth, thin, frothy texture, soft carbonation and mellow, crisp finish with mild lingering bitterness. Overall, understated in the mouthfeel and aroma but taste has some complexity and interest. Enjoyable!

On tap at Tapistry, pours black with a small tan head. Aroma is very hot, with intense alcohol, perfume and gasoline - ugh. Flavour is a hot mess, with gasoline, perfume, some roast, and black liquorice. A total mess. Terrible.
