Description

Bottle at home, darker red beer, small head. Aroma is quark/sour dairy, cherry, red fruit, light sweet jam (honestly this smells like quark with strawberry jam). Taste is sour, fruit, cherry, bit lacto-acid. decent. Reminds me of breakfast.

Bottle from Kevin. Many thanks! Red colour, thin head. Medium carbonation. Tart, lemony along with fruity notes (cherries, raspberry). Rather thin but easy drinkable. Nice and refreshing.

On tap at De Opera. Opaque dirty golden amber colour, thin white head. Looks like dish water. Aroma is bright and hoppy, citrus, grapefruit, hint of passion fruit, yeast. Flavour is light yeasty, light malty, citrus, grapefruit, passion fruit, firm bitter finish. Light bodied. Tasty enough.

Bottle at home. Bbf january 2019. Golden with white head. Sweet malts, pine resin, caramel, fruity, orange peel, grassy, and somewhat nutty. Quite sweet and syruppy, quite bitter as well. Medium body and soft carbonation. Bit of a classic IPA leaning towards a double IPA. Pretty nice.

0.33 l bottle from 'Drankenspeciaalzaak van Haastregt/Lamers', best before May 2019. Hazy, orangeish amber with a medium large, foamy, stable, white head. Sweetish, gently fruity aroma of mango, orange and peach. Slightly sweet, moderately bitter, quite fruity, a bit juice taste of orange, mango and some pineapple, followed by a short, moderately bitter, slightly grassy finish. Medium body, smooth and slightly creamy mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Quite nice but not great.
