Bottle picked up from a Getrankemarkt in Günzburg and consumed at home Thursday 2nd October 2025 sat listening in the dining room to Nathan Shepherd New Music Fix on 6Music, Deb Grant not around this evening. We listened to a very good edition of Round Table with Huw Stephens earlier. Anyway onto the beer, it pours clear gold, warm gold, large white head but this soon departed. Soft mouthfeel, sweet maltiness it's 5.5% but drinks like a 3.5% beer, very easy drinking, there's a light bitterness but it's very well integrated and doesn't detract. Really good beer.

Bottle picked up from a Getrankemarkt in Günzburg and consumed at home Wednesday 24th September 2025 listening to ByteFM and cooking Courgette Rotolo with a Lemon and Herb Ricotta Stuffing. Pours warm gold edging towards orange in colour with a mid/large foamy white head. Hitting the right pointers with aroma and taste , there's a yeastiness, a little citrus, banana and wheatiness, this is a very nice Hefeweizen.

Buying this bottle during the last "winter". Drinking this generous beverage, at home, yesterday and tired after the job. Not so common to see dark keller beer, really smooth, malty, flavour of toffee, a bit fruity, yeasty, classical bitterness, 11.08.23, at Epalinges

A good and classical German deal, a right union between the German beer and tasty home made pizza. This one is malty, yeasty, smooth, a bit fruity, fresh malt, classical German hop and bitterness, on the way of the Appenzeller Naturtrüb, 13.11.23, at Epalinges

Trübes goldgelb; gemischtporige, stabile Schaumkrone. In der Nase getreidig, hefig und würzig, deutliche Zitrusschalen. Im Mund mit einer leicht cremigen und vollen Textur, trocken und relativ viel Kohlensäure, etwas hefig und hellmalzig, eine zitrische Fruchtigkeit im Hintergrund und eine schöne Säure, mittlere - im Nachtrunk kräftigere Bittere, mittlerer Körper. Insgesamt super stimmig und sehr süffig; für meinen Geschmack ein sehr gutes Kellerbier. Darf nicht zu kalt getrunken werden.

Wunderschönes, sehr trübes orange-bernsteinfarbenes Bier; cremige, sortentypische Schaumkrone. In der Nase viel reife Banane, würzig, malzig, etwas Gewürznelken. Im Geschmack ausgeglichen mit viel Frucht, Würzigkeit und hefigen Aromen, mittlerer Körper, dezente Süße, sprudelige Kohlensäure.

Klare goldgelbe Farbe; feinporige, stabile Schaumkrone. In der Nase ziemlich malzig, getreidig und deutlich würzig, Hopfen macht sich nur minimal im Hintergrund durch ein leicht blumiges Aroma bemerkbar. Im Geschmack ebenfalls betont malzig und leicht würzig, milde Bittere, relativ trocken mit leichter Malzsüße, wenig (für mich etwas zu wenig) Kohlensäure. Hat durchaus Charakter.

Im Geschmack malzig, relativ trocken, leicht würzig, sprudelige Kohlensäure, hopfiger als erwartet im Aroma und in der Bittere, mittlerer Körper. Insgesamt sehr rund.

Trübes Kastanienbraune; gemischtporige, kompakte und stabile Schaumkrone. In der Nase würzig, dunkelmalzig, Karamell, leicht brotig, etwas dunkle Beerenaromatik. Im Geschmack wunderbar aromatisch, sehr viel Malz, Blockmalz, Karamell, Kakao, mittlerer Körper, präsente aber nicht dominante Süße, milde Hopfenbittere. Insgesamt überzeugend.

Austauschbares alkoholfreies Helles. Maischig, säuerlich, viel Getreide, etwas grasiger Hopfen. Kalt als Durstlöscher in Ordnung, aber sich kein Genuss.
