(swing top bottle, shared by pivnizub) Hazy, yellow colour with a fluffy and quite stable foamy white head. Yeasty, moderately sweet grainy aroma, slightly worty with faint traces of herbal hops in the background. Slightly sweet and yeasty bitter flavour, light to medium body, moderate carbonation. Strong yeasty, grainy and slightly worty taste with a delicate fruitiness and herbal hops showing up towards the finish, which is slightly sweet and yeasty bitter. Mediocre and a bit unripe.

Bottle at the Düsseldorf Gathering. Lightly hazy, yelllow body. White, creamy body. Aroma of flowers and hops. Lightly bitter, lightly sweet flavour.

Flip-top bottle: Pale golden coloured, hazy with a quite stable lacing head; barley and yeast in the nose with some grassy hops lolling around in the background; sweet-bitter flavour, light to medium bodied, soft MF; sweet - almost fruity - finish with a yeasty and hoppy bitterness in the aftertaste. A decent, well prepared Zwickel..........

Bottle. Oramge amber, off-white creamy head. Fairly spicy nose - herbal hops and malt edges. Doughy, light papery malt, a few roasted and nytty notes. Restrained herbal bitterness. Medium body, flatish mouthfeel.

An amber beer with a disappearing beige head. The aroma is sweet malty with light notes of caramel, and so is the flavor, but in the flavor light notes of metal also mixes in - I think from the hops.

(bottle, with thanks to pivnizub !) Clear, amber colour with a medium-sized foamy off-white head. Rather shy toast-malty aroma with a touch of cacao. Moderately sweet flavour, mild toasty malty taste, light to medium bodied with a smooth carbonation; medium-dry, faint bitter malt-accented finish. A bit one-dimensional but pretty drinkable.

(bottle, from pivnizub) Clear, paled golden colour with a medium-sized blonde foamy head. Slightly sweet malty, citrousy aroma with herbal hops and a touch of hay. Initially soft sweet malty taste with light citrus-fruity notes on a herbal background; light to medium bodied, crispy mouthfeel. Moderately dry, light bitter finish. Still a decent example of the style.

Bottle: Amber coloured, mid-sized off-white head, that quickly diminishes to a stable off-white layer; delicate sweetish, fruity and toasted malty nose with a faint metallic/hoppy tinge, light to medium bodied, sweetish (fruity) flavour; mild sweetish and toasted malty finish with a delicate bitterness in the aftertaste. Pleasant, but not overwhelming............... (6/3/5/3/12) Re-rate 04/10: Nutty and dark-malty finish with a light bitterness in the aftertaste. Well crafted, quality improved.....

Bottle. Cloudy golden, sparsly carbonated, rocky lacing white head. Fruity aromatic and minerally yeasty aroma. Full fruity and minerally yeasy base flavor with aromatic hop overtones. Chewy full body and wellagered natual carbonation. Minerally and aromatic aftertaste, light herbal retronasal. Drenge i har haft en dårlig flaske - den må i lige gøre om.
