29/3/2025. Bottle courtesy of Boris, cheers! An impressive corked wire-topped 750ml bottle. Opens with more of a whimper than a pop. Colour is bright copper orange with a frothy off-white head. Aroma is toffee, biscuit, caramel, yeast, golden syrup, dried fruits. Medium sweetness, moderate bitterness. Medium body, average carbonation. Very nice.

Heavy wheat Aroma, light bananas, light spice. Full mouth feel, soft carb. More banana and some bubblegum in the finish, low bitterness. Pretty basic for the style, not bad, not great.

Bottle 50 cl. Pours a clear golden with a lacing, white head. Clean malt aroma. Medium body, clean, slightly sweet malts with a faint metallic note and a subdued bitterness. A very straight and well made Helles. 160225

Clear bottle 33 cl. Pours a cloudy greenish yellow with a white head. Lovely and intense lemon aroma. Light body, sweet but fresh lemon notes and little beer feel. Lovely Radler. 020124
