Bottle. Sweet citric-banana and wheat malt aroma. Pale orange-yellow color with small head. Light orange-banana and wheat malt flavor - watery palate. High carbonation. Not bad for a low alcohol Weizen.

Bottle. Sweet orange/banana and wheat malt aroma. Golden yellow color with moderate head. Slightly sour wheat malt flavor with light ripe banana and orange flavors. Kind of bland - a less fruity Hefe.

Mild hopfig-säuerlicher Antrunk mit malzigem Unterton. Der Hopfen ist erst im Mittelteil stärker erkennbar, bleibt meiner Meinung nach aber recht mild. Etwas würziger und auch malziger werdend, die Hopfigkeit überdeckt dies etwas. Grasig-würziger Abgang, leicht herb werdend, etwas süßlich. Nett, aber nicht mehr. Danke an quack-duck für das Bier. Test vom 12.8.2008, Gebinde: Glasflasche Noten: 10,9,9,10,11,9 - 9,35

(33cl bottle, with thanks to Quack-Duck) Clear, golden (!) colour with a mid-sized eggshell-coloured foamy head. Sweet cara-malty nose, slightly bready and a bit milky with traces of honey and alcohol. Sweet flavour, medium to full with a soft carbonation. Pale malt-character, slightly nutty taste with notes of cara-malt; sweet malt-accented finish with alcohol and shy hoppy notes. Not overly spectacular, but well-quaffable Bock, which is, despite the name, more a pale than a dark Bock, imo (05.02.08).

(bottle, courtesy of Quack-Duck) Slightly hazy, greenish golden colour with a big and dense foamy white head. Moderately sweet, strawy malt aroma with a soft hoppy touch. Light-sweet flavour, medium to light bodied with an almost crispy carbonation. Solid strawy malty base, slightly chalky taste with a light touch of honey; moderately dry, malt-accented and subtle fruity finish with a light but noticeable herbal hoppy touch. Good one, reminds me of the Honer Hopfensau (05.02.08).

(bottle, courtesy of Quack-Duck) Clear, greenish golden colour with a big foamy white head. Discreet aroma: slightly sweet and grainy aroma, slightly milky with traces of herbal hops. Light-bitter flavour with a balancing malty, soft-grainy sweetness, strawy malty taste; moderately dry malty finish with light herbal hoppy notes. Clean and balanced, decent Pilsener (05.02.08).

Bottle (pozdrav do Bodamskeho jezera!): GOLDEN ( ...not "Dunkel" !) coloured, mid-sized fluffy "bleached" white head; slightly alcoholic, nutty and malty nose; moderate bitter-sweet flavour, a least medium bodied; light alcoholic and warming nutty caramelly and bitter finish. O.K., quite well drinkable "slim" Bock..........

Bottle (kindly delivered by Quack-Duck!): Golden coloured, bigger fluffy "bleached" white head that slowly collapses; restrained sweet-malty nose with shy aromatic hops in the second row; light to moderate bitter-sweet flavour, light to medium bodied, quite soft MF; slightly lingering bitter-sweet finish. A bit shy, but by all means a very pleasant Pilsener........

A bit unclear, greenish-golden coloured, bigger white head, sticking to the glass; distinctive sweet-malty nose with a delicate aromatic hoppiness in the background; moderate sweet-bitter flavour, soft MF; smooth malty-hoppy finish. Very well crafted and harmonic brew..........

Bottle. Golden colour with a white head. Aroma is caramel, malt, sweet. flavour is sweet, caramel, malt, hint of hop. Ordinary beer.
