Bottle:Golden with a greenish sheen, visible carbonation, slowly collapsing white head; light sweetish wheaty-grainy nose with a light lemony touch; light to moderate sweetish-sourish flavour, light to medium bodied; light sourish-wheaty finish. Not unpleasant.....

(bottle) Clear, pale golden colour with a big foamy white head. Wheat-malty aroma with citrus-fruity notes. Moderately sweet and mildly sour flavour, light to medium bodied with a lively carbonated mouthfeel. Wheat-accented citrus- and lemon-fruity taste; moderately dry wheaty and fruity finish without too spicy accents. 02.IX.09

The bottle looks simple, but good, the beer in the glass quite light, small head. Starts dry and yeasty, the finish also a bit floury, not very drinkable. Not my favourite.

The bottle looks good, the beer in the glass is really dark, almost black. Starts very malty-yeasty, notes of caramell and chocolate. Finish fruity like plum, still strong, really well balanced. Very drinkable and good hefeweizen!

Danke an quack-duck! (Bottle 33 cl) Courtesy of MoritzF. Pours a deep golden with tiny floating impurities and a rough off-white head. Clean sweetish malt aroma. Quite full-bodied with lots of sweet, clean malts. Almost no bitterness. 041008

Bottle, 7.0%. Sweet aroma, some terpentine. Clear dark golden colour. Small white head. The flavour has a little terpentine esters, OK maltiness. Hint of roughness in the finish. OK Bock except for the terpentine notes.

The bottle looks good, the beer in the glass also. Golden, not dark! Starts sweet and alcoholic, drier in the end. Finish also a bit spicy. Good bock! Thanks to quack-duck for the bottle!
